Delete Your Alanis Fit Account
You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time.
Option 1: Delete From Within the App

Open Alanis Fit and tap the Profile tab (bottom right of the screen).

Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account" (shown in red).

Enter your password to confirm your identity.

Tap "Delete" to permanently remove your account and all data.
⚠️ This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, your account, workout history, meal plans, progress photos, and all personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
What Data Gets Deleted
When you delete your Alanis Fit account, all of the following is permanently removed:
- Profile information (name, email, language, units)
- Health data (weight, height, age, biological sex, medical history)
- Fitness preferences (goals, experience level, equipment, focus areas)
- All workout logs, exercise performance data, and personal records
- Alanis Challenge progress and enrollment data
- Nutrition data: meal plans, food logs, custom meals, macro tracking
- Water intake and supplement tracking history
- Progress photos
- Community posts and interactions
- Push notification preferences
⚠️ Cancel Your Apple Subscription First
Deleting your Alanis Fit account does NOT automatically cancel your Apple App Store subscription. To stop future charges:
- Open Settings on your iPhone
- Tap your name (Apple ID) at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Find Alanis Fit and tap Cancel Subscription
Option 2: Request Deletion by Email
If you can't access the app, send a deletion request to:
support@catalift.studio
Include the email address associated with your Alanis Fit account. We will process your request within 48 hours and send a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
