This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of digital programs made through Alanis Fit and operated by Catalift Studio LLC.
Nature of the Product
All purchases provide access to digital content (workout programs, videos, and related materials). No physical goods are delivered.
Pre-Sale Access
Some programs may be offered as a pre-sale. In such cases, access to the content will be granted on the specified program start date.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be requested under the following conditions:
- Before the official program start date, or
- Within 48 hours of purchase

Non-Refundable Conditions
After the 48-hour period has passed or once the program has started, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Change of mind after the refund window
- Failure to use or complete the program
- Dissatisfaction without valid technical or access issues
- Incorrect email submission by the user
Access and Delivery
Access to the purchased program is considered delivered when the content becomes available in the user's account.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If you experience any issue with your purchase, you agree to contact us before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider.
We reserve the right to provide evidence of purchase, access, and usage in response to any dispute.
