How do I get started with Alanis Fit?

After downloading and creating your account, you'll go through a personalized onboarding where you set your fitness goals, experience level, dietary preferences, and more. The app will generate custom workout programs and meal plans based on your profile.

How do I join the Alanis Challenge ("Construye el Glúteo de tus Sueños")?

Go to the Train tab and look for the challenge under "Performance Challenges". Tap on it to view details and enroll. Once enrolled, follow the weekly workouts with Alanis's exercise demonstration videos.

Exercise videos aren't loading. What should I do?

Make sure you have a stable internet connection. Videos stream from our servers and may take a moment to buffer. Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall — all your data is safely stored in the cloud.

How do I swap a meal in my nutrition plan?

Go to the Nutrition tab, find the meal you want to change, and tap the swap icon (↔). You'll see alternative meals with similar macros to choose from.

How do I switch between English and Spanish?

Go to Profile → Health Record → Basic Info → Edit and change "Desired Language" to Español or English. The entire app updates immediately.

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Recovery Protocol" and enter your email. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, find "Alanis Fit", and tap "Cancel Subscription". Your access continues until the end of the billing period.

How do I delete my account and data?

Open the app, go to Profile → Delete Account, confirm your password, and your account and all data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You can also email us. See full instructions →

I was charged but don't have premium access. What should I do?

Try logging out and logging back in to refresh your subscription status. If the issue persists, email us at support@catalift.studio with your Apple receipt and we'll resolve it within 24 hours.

Is the app safe for people with injuries or medical conditions?

During onboarding, you can report injuries and chronic conditions. The app takes these into account. However, always consult your doctor before starting any exercise or nutrition program. Alanis Fit is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
