After completing your purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email with next steps. App access is granted
72 hours before the challenge start date — at that point you can download the app, create
your account, and you'll find your 4-week program ready to go.
Make sure you have a stable internet connection. Videos stream from our servers and may need a moment to
buffer. Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall — all your data is
safely stored in the cloud.
Go to Profile → Language and select Español or English. The entire app updates immediately.
Try logging out and back in to refresh your subscription status. If access still isn’t granted within a few
minutes, select Account Access / Login Issues or Billing & Invoice Questions above and
we’ll resolve it within 1-3 business days.
Refunds are available until April 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST. Select Request a Refund above and fill
out the form — it’s processed automatically. See our full Refund Policy for
details.
Open the app, go to Profile → Delete Account, confirm your password, and your account and
all data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
