These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Alanis Fit application (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Platform Operator
Alanis Fit is operated by Catalift Studio LLC ("we", "our", or "us"), which provides the technology platform, manages access to content, and administers related services.
Creator Content
The content available in the App is created and provided by Alanis Yarimar Sanchez Sanchez (the "Creator"). Catalift Studio LLC operates the platform and provides access to the content, but does not create or guarantee the results of the programs.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App.
User Account
To access content, you must create an account using your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.
Purchases and Access
Access to programs may require a separate purchase made outside of the App through external platforms or websites.
The App does not process payments directly.
By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing access to digital content, not a physical product.
Once a valid purchase is completed, access to the corresponding content will be granted within the App using your account. Access is considered delivered at the moment the content is made available in your account.
Access may be subject to specific start dates or availability windows.
Refund Policy
By completing a purchase, you expressly agree to this refund policy.
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
- Before the program start date, or
- Within 48 hours of purchase
After this period, all sales are final.
We reserve the right to issue refunds at our discretion in exceptional cases.
Content Access and Use
Access to content is granted only to the user who made the purchase and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access in cases of misuse or violation of these Terms.
Intellectual Property
All content available in the App, including videos, programs, text, and images, is owned by the Creator or used with authorization.
You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or exploit any content without prior written permission.
Disclaimer
The content provided in the App is for informational and educational purposes only.
It does not constitute medical advice. You should consult a qualified professional before beginning any exercise or nutrition program.
Use of the content is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Catalift Studio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or its content.
Disputes and Chargebacks
If you experience any issue with a purchase, you agree to contact us before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider.
Initiating chargebacks without prior contact may result in suspension or termination of your account.
We reserve the right to provide evidence of access, usage, and acceptance of these Terms in response to any dispute.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.
Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
